ITO Team profile

Depending on the project requirements, our ITO team includes: project manager, team leader, business process analyst, software engineers, QA analyst, technical support engineer/technician, web marketing specialist, etc. The team members involved in the ITO projects are experienced in their fields. All the members that are included in the execution of the projects, have specific responsibilities. Their primary roles are the following:

Project Manager: Conducts and controls the planning and execution of the project from start to end.

Business Analyst: Translate the business requirements from our clients to UI mockups and business rules.

Software Engineer: Generate lines of code according to the business requirements. 

Team Leader: Manage the work of all programmers in the group and takes care that the assigned tasks and deliverables will be achieved within the scheduled terms.

Quality Assurance Analyst: Checks if the software application meets the scheduled business requirements and the required technology standards.

Technical Support staff: Manage and controls the performances of the software solutions and system environment.

Marketing specialist: Market research, preparation and execution of web marketing campaigns.
